This year, Doug, surprised me with the most amazing beach chair. It is easy to carry, easy to fold and maneuver, and it comes with a cool opening that I can actually put my face in to read a book while relaxing. I've had many beach chairs, but this chair is the best!
Getting enough protein in my diet, is always a challenge for me, so I am also enjoying my new heavy duty blender, The Beast! Just add a scoop of protein powder, a cup of Fairlife milk, 0% Fat Yogurt, a few berries & Lily's no sugar chocolate chips with some ice. You can even add cottage cheese and will never taste it. You will have an amazing treat that will carry you through the morning or afternoon along with giving you the burst of energy to carry your new grand baby around!
The Beast makes the best sauces and baby food also. My grand daughter loves the baby food that I have been making for her. I even pureed a chicken mixed with formula until it was pudding consistency. The pureed mangoes were her favorite and shown in the pic below.
Doug and I spend most of our days outside enjoying the sunshine. We both agree one of our favortie outdoor expenditures has been on this pond fountain and walkway lightling. I don't know what it is about the sight and sound of water, together it provides the most tranquil setting and creates a paradise no matter if you live out in the country or in a busy populated area. If you have a place you can put a fountain that plugs into a 110 volt, you will have a peaceful paradise of your own. Most of our neighbors have been just as excited about the fountain as we have been. The wildlife seem to enjoy it as well, not to mention the fact that it aerates the water and keeps a small pond from becoming stagnant!
Crop tops are the best tops for petite women. They fit proportionately to a small petite woman's frame and accentuate the waistline. What is better than a crop top? A YELLOW crop top!
Summer is the time for giving your skin some extra care. I have found my skin to be smoother and plumper after I use this red light microcurrent device. I use it 3-4 times a week along with a good Peptide NAD cream for the best results. It is very relaxing and I even use it on my arms and legs to plump up crepey skin, so I feel more comfortable wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts.
No summer is complete without a great swimsuit and coverup. I wear it over my red zip one piece swimsuit; it is great for walking the beach, pool parties, or anytime that you want a little extra coverage.
