This easy, protein packed treat will provide you with an energy burst that will not leave you crashing like a sugar-filled treat. Made with Lilly's no sugar chocolate chips, cottage cheese, protein powder, natural chunky peanut butter, nuts, zero sugar maple syrup, nuts, and almond flour, this luscious, creamy cool snack will be a refreshing treat on a warm afternoon.

Mover Over Reese's Peanut Butter Cups-Healthy Verson


Lilly's No Sugar Chocolate Chips

2 - 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 cup of cottage cheese

1/2 cup 0% Fat Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup protein powder

2 Tablespoons Zero Sugary Maple Syrupt (Allulose & Monkfruit syrup)

1/2 cup natural chunky peanut butter

1-1/2 cup almond flour


Toppings

1/4 cup chopped raw peanuts

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Pink Himalaya Salt


Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients except toppings in a food processor.

  3. Roast chopped nuts in a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on stove over low to medium heat.

  4. Spoon a teaspoon of chocholate into silicone molds.

  1. Spoon a tablespoon of cream filling on top of chocolate in the silicone molds.

  2. Spoon remaining melted chocolate on top of cream.

  1. Drop roasted nuts on top of chocolate.

  2. Sprinkle with pink himalaya salt.

  3. Place in freezer until frozen.

  4. Remove from silicone cups and place in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

  5. Serve when thawed and maintain refrigeration of remaining peanut butter cups.
